The Diablo Racing Technologies forged aluminum wheels are the only motorcycle wheels on the market that we know of to offer a Lifetime Warranty! They are 100% made in the U.S. and we include a rear sprocket of your choice with purchase!
Available in Silver, Gold, Orange, Red, Blue and Black.
Diablo Racing Technology wheels are machined from forged aerospace aluminum for superior strength. The wheel blanks are pressed using a 7,000 ton hydraulic forging press. The wheels are then designed using CAD/CAE software to ensure the forging process and production wheels meet strict demand criteria for lateral impact, torsion testing, rotary strength, and radial strength. The wheels then undergo heat treatment, artificial aging, and a 120 hour salt spray test.
Independent Lab testing has been performed on the wheels to test:
- Material composition
- Environmental durability: stone resistance, oil/water resistance, thermal shock, salt spray
- Mechanical strength
- Alloy Fatigue strength: dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue, torsion strength, lateral impact strength, torsional strength
- Diablo Racing wheels test results proved to be JWL & DOT compliant
